Our Curriculum
Snoqualmie Ridge Early Learning Center’s hands on, individualized curriculum focuses on children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. The developmental areas that our teachers will build on are:

Specialist Programs

Snoqualmie Ridge Early Learning Center provides a variety of specialist programs for children to broaden their educational experiences.  The costs of these programs are built into your tuition and there are no additional charges. 

Music and Movement Classes

Children at Snoqualmie Ridge Early Learning Center attend music and movement classes once a week for one-half hour each session.  Children enjoy singing and dancing, and will participate in games and activities that improve physical strength and coordination.   

Spanish

Learning a second language not only allows children access to other cultures and traditions, it also strengthens their knowledge and ability to use their own language effectively.  Snoqualmie Ridge Early Learning Center attend Spanish classes once or twice  a week for a half-hour session. 

Art

SRELC art program allows children to explore their own artistic creativity in a nurturing environment where expression of self is celebrated.  Art is displayed throughout the school, and children enjoy explaining to others the techniques used and the inspirations for their work.  The children receive weekly instruction in Art. 

Library

The library is available for each class to use on a weekly basis.  During these times the children will learn about the world around them and experience storytelling.  Older students will also visit the Snoqualmie Library periodically throughout the school year and will have the opportunity to check out books. 

Galileo Technology

Snoqualmie Ridge Early Learning Center utilizes Galileo Technology. This on-line based program helps teachers and parents track their child's development and provides educators with the following features:
